We can set up a personalized route for your wine tour and make reservations on your behalf, free of charge.

Reservations:

Wineries can accommodate up to six guests at a time. We recommend that guests make reservations directly with the wineries for contact tracing purposes.

Wineries encourage guests to reserve their tastings in advance. This allows them to gather information and tailor your tasting experience. If tasting fees are waived upon purchase, the refund will be directly applied to your card.Disclaimer: Summer Heat and Limousince A/C

With the high summer temperatures, the heat index has exceeded, making everyone miserable. It is important to note that vehicles cannot offer the same cooling atmosphere as buildings. The size and power of the stationary commercial air conditioning unit, which can be found in any home or commercial building, is by far more powerful than any AC system that can be found in each vehicle, even if it works properly. Buildings have insulation that helps keep the cool air, while vehicles do not offer insulation to ensure the temperature environment is more stable. It is also worth noting that the unique design of the limousine (interior and exterior) puts extra stress on the engine because all the extras that make the limousine stand out (such as rear AC component, TV, second stereo, ceiling, and bar neon lighting, etc.) Require additional voltage. These entire specialty items make the limousine susceptible to overheating when compared to your average vehicle. The color of the vehicle also makes a difference. Many vehicles are black in color, and black attracts heat, thus increasing the interior temperature of the vehicle. When opening the doors to get in/out, the hot air rushes inside the vehicle and allows the cold air to escape. So even if the vehicle was cold, by the time people climbed in, the temperature would be significantly higher. In the limousine, people sit very close to each other, thus feeling each other’s heat. The overall perception would be that the temperature is not cold enough. When waiting on the group, we try to park in the shade, if possible, to keep the vehicle cooler, but it is not always possible. Pickup times are arranged and confirmed before the trip, yet sometimes the customer is not ready when the limousine arrives. In some cases, the customer might need only an extra 5 minutes; in others, the customer might need up to 50 minutes to get ready. When waiting on the customer, the driver must decide whether to keep the vehicle running and AC going, thus risking overheating, or turn off the engine to prevent vehicle overheating, but that would cause the temperature of the vehicle inside to increase. We have had complaints from parties no matter what measures we take to ensure the working order of the vehicle. In summary, we would like to assure our customers that we do our best to maintain limousines in top mechanical shape; every vehicle is checked prior to dispatch. No matter how hard we work, some factors are out of our control: weather, traffic, state of the road.

Criminal Code (Section 393)

According to the criminal code provision titled obtain transportation by fraud (section 393), every person who, by any false pretense or fraud, unlawfully obtains transportation by land, water, or air is guilty of an offense punishable on summary conviction 1. This provision is often used by taxi and limousine drivers when people, often drunk, do not pay their fares. If a customer does not pay for the transportation they received, they can be charged with a criminal offense. The consequences of this offense can be severe, including arrest, handcuffing, and being taken to a rcmp detachment to process the charge. Once there, the customer will be photographed, fingerprinted, and searched again. The laces will be taken from their shoes and stored along with any other personal effects. They will then be placed in either the drunk tank or cells to await processing. A justice of the peace needs to be called once the paperwork is ready, which can take a few hours. If a jp comes, the customer will be released after promising to appear in court later. If one is not available, they may be in cells overnight or for an entire weekend. It is important to note that signing a contract twice clearly stating that you understood all the information provided, including overtime charges, can be used against you in court. Therefore, it is important to pay for the transportation you receive to avoid any legal consequences. Please note that if you do not pay for the transportation you received, your account will be sent to collections.
